Capri, Sorrento and Pompeii with Blue Grotto

This Tour has been designed to give the opportunity to those who have limited time or stay a single day in the Gulf of Naples but want to visit the most fascinating attractions of our region that are Capri and with the famous Blue Grotto, the elegant and quiet Sorrento and the historic ruins of the ancient city of Pompeii. The first part of this tour is with a private, local, English-speaking guide with whom you will take a hydrofoil from Naples port to Capri (50 minutes) , once in Capri you will get a Private Boat to the Blue Grotto, Then together with your guide TIME PERMITTING you will take the Funicolar ( CABLE CAR) up to the Famouse Square ( Piazzetta di Capri ) for a picture and quick drink . Soon after the ride up to the Square you will cacht the Hydrofoil from Capri to Sorrento (30 minutes). In Sorrento we will use an Elevator or a private Car to get to the city Center where you will have the opportunity to walk around for leisure and get some food and shopping . NOTES Depending on traffic conditions, it may happen that we only drive through Sorrento without time to stop there. The guide will give information and an explanation about the town. After lunch, together with your driver and guide, you will continue on to Pompeii where you will be led on a fascinating private two-hour tour through this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once a thriving empire, the city of Pompeii had about 30,000 inhabitants in 79 AD, when it was completely covered in 30 feet of volcanic ashes by the deadly eruption of Mount Vesuvius. Listen to your guide as he/she shares with you the history of the city while you take in sights such as the baths, villas, theaters and wrestling grounds. At the end of the guided tour, your driver will pick you up at the exit of the ruins and together you will drive to the your Accommodations in Naples .
