Gastronomic Tour

Gastronomic tour was designed for those who are interested in discovering the taste and the specialties of our Campania Region such as Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Mozzarella, Limoncello, Gelato , and the famous Neapolitan PIZZA MARGHERITA. After you are greeted at your hotel /cruise ship terminal / / Train Station / Airport in Naples ,Sorrento or Amalfi coast by one of our English Speaking Drivers and Mercedes Vans or Sedan You will drive along the Beautiful Sorrento coast, during which we will stop a couple of times for a great photo Shot . Your first Stop will be the visit of the Gargiulo Olive Oil Factory and visit the old mill of 1849 with old millstone and metal press and learn the Ancient Technique of olives processing. We will also have the opportunity to taste different types of extra virgin olive oil served with fresh baked bread. After the oil Tasting we will visit a Typical and local mozzarella farm where we will discover how Mozzarella is produced in Sorrento and in the same time you will taste Mozzarella cheese and other traditional local products. The tour will continue with Your private driver to a local restaurant for your own Private Pizza lesson. Authentic Neapolitan pizzas are made with local ingredients like tomatoes which grow on the volcanic plains by the Mount Vesuvius, the famous olive oil, Basil and Mozzarella cheese or you can personalize your Pizza with your favourite toppings. Once prepared, it will be Placed in a wood oven and after a few minutes it will be ready to be Eaten followed by Gelato and a glass of Local Limoncello. In the Afternoon you will take a stroll through the historical centre of Sorrento during which time you can choose to shop, enjoy an espresso at a local bar, or just enjoy this beautiful Summer Resort . After this fantastic day, we will then drive back to your Accommodation , Port /train Station / Hotels
