Tour of the Amalfi coast from Naples, Sorrento and Salerno

Depending on your city of departure, the driver will share some information about it and all together you will plan your day, and you will get on the beautiful Amalfi coastline, driving along the narrow street that makes this one of the most fascinating coastal roads in the world. During the tour the driver will stop several times for your memory pictures. On this tour you will be able to visit: Positano, "the jewel of the Amalfi coast". Here you will browse around walking easily along the narrow streets typical of this area and you will be captivated by the beautiful Mediterranean colours of the buildings and of the shops. In Positano you will not find fancy, expensive brands, but only the beautiful handmade clothes well known "Moda Mare Positano". Amalfi, one of the four maritime republics, together with Pisa, Genova and Venice. In Amalfi you will be able to visit one of the most beautiful cathedral in the south of Italy, dedicated to St. Andrew, built at the end of the 10th century. During the Middle Ages Amalfi was famous for the production of paper, they were the first one to import coffee from middle East and in Amalfi was born Flavio Gioia, the man who perfected the compass. Ravello, situated about 300 meters (~1000 feet) above Amalfi, with a population of about 2500 people, where everybody knows everybody. The town of Ravello is "The city of the Music", thanks to Richard Wagner, the great German musician, the one who composed the 2nd part of his opera "The Parsifal" in the famous Villa Rufolo, where you will be able to enjoy this beautiful evergreen garden. In this villa every summer they have a concert at night overlooking all the bay of Amalfi. You will also visit the Ravello's Cathedral with the only example of Romanesque style.
